Oil Fields – To visit the oil fields some security checks is required before hand. However, they do offer tours that take you through the oil fields to have a look at all the operations that are taking place.
Area Tours – There are special tours that are done by the Arctic Caribou Inn which takes you past the oil fields and onto the shores of the Arctic Ocean for a stop where you are allowed to view the scenery, glaciers and animals inhabiting the area. The tours start from near the airport.
